Yoga is a personal journey and we seek refuge in it for many different reasons. In my quiet moments, I often reflect on my progress in this path. Yoga has helped me let-go of negative thoughts, open my mind to new perspectives and unleash my inner, spirited warrior! The teacher in me has evolved as well. With relentless effort and a positive mindset, I was able to realize my dream. To create a judgement-free, wellness sanctuary where people from diverse backgrounds, economic status and differing abilities could come together and practice yoga!
