Holidays are a cheerful reminder of my love for desserts and more! While indulging in a few irresistible foods occasionally is absolutely fine, I wake up feeling sluggish.
A few steps to help with cleansing early in the morning is a good way to feel energetic! I am starting my morning with 16 oz of celery juice. 3 weeks into my juice regimen, my body seems to be more agile and less tired. Usually by mid-evening, my energy levels would start tapering off. I now feel invigorated and energized throughout the day! |
Natural remedies for common ailments like cold are effective and use fairly common kitchen ingredients.
Honey, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, holy basil, all have antibacterial, anti inflammatory, antiviral properties. They are natural immunity boosters. Please consult your doctor if such remedies work for you depending on your health condition. |

Steep your tea in hot water and watch your stresses dissolve:)
I am mostly a tea drinker and enjoy the vast variety of herbal tea options that are available nowadays. I refresh, unwind and when with friends-socialize over tea! Knowing the health benefits of some of your favorite tea flavors might add to your experience! |
Consuming the energy boosters that nature provides can improve the quality of your life and performance.
