- Small Group Classes: 4-6 people in each class ensures that everyone in the class benefits from individual attention and safe postural alignment.
- Semi-Private Classes: If practicing as a couple or with a friend is what you prefer, semi-private (2 people) class sessions are also very popular. These classes are customized and focus on your health/lifestyle requirements.
- Private Classes: If you are looking to deepen your practice or have certain health constraints that may need a carefully designed class structure, one-on-one sessions/private sessions will work well for you.
- Corporate Yoga: If you would like to bring yoga/ meditation into your workplace, I teach yoga as well as meditation at corporate offices, studios and community centers.
- Senior Classes: Adaptable chair yoga classes that improve, strength, mobility and balance.
- Office Yoga Classes: Yes! Yoga on your office chair. Move to release physical and mental stress, right in your office!
- Workshops: In addition to regular classes, workshops are offered throughout the year to cover specialized topics, deepen your practice and discover natural ways to improve health & well-being. If you are pressed for time but are interested in exploring health and wellness modalities, workshops offer valuable options in shorter time formats.
