THURSDAY EVENING YOGA FLOW to UNWIND! 6-7pm (EST).
This evening practice will help you restore your balance, both in body and mind. We start the practice with breathwork (pranayama) and then flow through gentle yet strengthening yoga postures. Shavasana/meditation relaxation at the end of the practice will elevate your sense of well-being.
